VIMAS Technologies retains all copyrights to VIMAS Imaging SDK software development kits (SDK). Your use of any of our software or runtimes created with VIMAS Imaging SDK/software is allowed under license terms granted by VIMAS Technologies. It is your responsibility to honor the terms of such license grants.
VIMAS Imaging SDK is limited to use on a single machine by a single developer, and, any client runtimes you create must be protected by your "end-user" license and are limited in number and use without your having a direct license from VIMAS Technologies.
You need to purchase VIMAS Imaging SDK for EACH developer / developer's machine and take up an additional direct license for each your application starting with the second.
Some cases may require additional licensing. This is negotiated as every case is different. We will work to keep this reasonable!!! Discuss your situation with us.

Please choose the category that matches you and your company's use of VIMAS Technologies code:
1. Corporate end-user.
If you, your company or your client are the end-user of the client-based software application you create with VIMAS Technologies code then for such single corporate/end-user "not for resale" in-house development project, purchase of our SDK(s) grant you a single site license with unlimited runtime distribution within that site. Runtimes are 'integrated CODE' within your single application.
If you are planning to distribute the application to more than ONE SITE or more than ONE APPLICATION, contact VIMAS Technologies for additional $600 licenses for each additional site in which you plan to distribute runtimes or each your application starting with the second.
2. Desktop application developer.
a/If the total annual sales of your single software application and/or system installation containing our code exceeds two-hundred thousand dollars ($200,000 US, it includes the entire system/application sale), in any year, you must purchase an additional license from VIMAS Technologies for your product, application or system.
This additional license is $600 in fees per $200,000 in gross revenues on an annual basis and/or per each application, product, and system starting with the second.

b/ If you are developing a product with VIMAS code which is a freeware / shareware program or which will have distribution greater that 50'000 runtimes contact VIMAS Technologies for licensing.
c/ If you are developing a product that can be considered a development tool, such as an Active X, or that will grant intermediary customers or licensees rights for sub-licensing your product with VIMAS code you must contact VIMAS Technologies for licensing.
3. System integrator.
If you or your company is installing system solutions (VAR/hardware or software solutions) that include VIMAS code and that in total annual sales exceeds two-hundred thousands dollars ($200,000 US, it includes the entire system/application sale), in any year, you must purchase an additional license from VIMAS Technologies for your product(s), application(s) or systems.
This additional license is $600 in fees per $200,000 in gross revenues on an annual basis. For licensing questions contact VIMAS Technologies.
4. Server application developer.
VIMAS Imaging SDK is limited to use on a single development server by single developer.
You must purchase an additional $400 developer license for next developers starting with the second that will work with VIMAS code.
If you or your company is developing client/server Web-based solutions such as Internet and/or Intranet servers with remote client access, involving Cabinet files, JAR files, COM objects, Active X controls, JAVA applets, or Browser plug-ins with VIMAS code, you must purchase an additional license from VIMAS Technologies for each development/pre-production server that you will install VIMAS code on and/or connect to with VIMAS code.
This additional license is $600 for each development/pre-production server in which you plan to deploy that our runtime clients will have access to.
